How to Join

Purchase a H.O.P.E. Lives Local Punch Card for $10.

You may purchase unlimited punch cards. Cash, Venmo, or credit/debit accepted at H.O.P.E. LOCATIONS ONLY (other participating venues may vary)

Punch Cards Available for Purchase at:

  • H.O.P.E. Animal Rescue (Wilton Mall – Operating hrs: Tues, Fri, Sat 11a-4p)
  • H.O.P.E. events/pop-up tables
  • Select participating businesses:

How to Earn Punches:

  • One punch per receipt — present your card at checkout of participating businesses (list below)
  • Punches may only be earned February 1–28, 2026
  • Online purchases do not qualify
  • Each punch must be made using HOPE’s unique official hole punch

Each punch card must include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address and/or Phone number
  • Submission date

Cards must have at least 1 punch to be entered. (You do not need a full card to participate)

Two Ways to Win

LIVE Drawing Date: March 5, 2026

Punch cards with at least one punch can enter for a chance to win. Select from one of our three amazing prizes and drop your ticket in the “bucket.”

Our three major prizes are:

  • Chow Bella — 12-month membership (Value of $850)
  • Pet Lodge of Clifton Park — 2-night stay at the lodge (Value of $180)
  • One night stay at the Inn at Saratoga with breakfast (Value of $150)

One grand prize to the participant with the most punches:

  • A special $100 gift card (to a local business of your choice) will be awarded to the participant who returns the highest total number of punches across all cards submitted.

Validity & Fair Use Rules

  • H.O.P.E. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen cards
  • Only cards punched with HOPE’s official punch will be accepted
  • Altered, duplicated, or forged cards will be disqualified
  • Program is open to all community members
  • H.O.P.E. fosters, adopters, volunteers, and supporters may participate

How to Return Your Punch Card

1. Drop-Off in “Bucket”

We will have a set up on the Kiosk in front of H.O.P.E. in the Wilton Mall.

2. Email

Email a clear photo of your punch card along with raffle item choice to: [email protected] Info section must be completed, and multiple entries must be numbered to qualify. Emails received after 11:59p 2/28/26 will not be counted
