Tuttles is a sweet, loveable 8 year old beagle. He is a happy go lucky guy who loves people. Tuttles can be selective about the dogs he likes and doesn’t. A meet and greet would be required. He is currently living with 2 dogs at his foster’s and loves playing with them.
